Product Application
The NEST cell strainer series can separate primary cells from tissues, continuously obtaining single-cell suspensions with consistent shape and performance.
Application Directions:
• Filtration of sample impurities;
• Preparation of single-cell suspension samples for flow cytometry analysis, including: a) Blood cells from bone marrow, pancreas, thymus, tonsils, and lymph nodes; b) Stem cells, cells from enzyme-digested mammalian tissues or organoids, and cancer cells;
• Cleaning of cell suspensions before cell passaging, counting, analysis, or cryopreservation;
• Preparation of primary cell cultures and immunogen samples;
• Sample preparation before cryopreservation;
• Removal of sticky proteins generated during serum inactivation;
• Compatible with flow cytometers.
