配套使用於真空過濾器。主要用於組織培養介質、生物流體中大體積樣本的分離純化。整套包裝包括膜片、由連接器連接的一個有刻度的聚丙乙烯材質的透明漏斗和一個接收瓶。一次性真空過濾器利用真空幫浦提供壓力差，用於組織培養液和其他實驗室流體溶液的大量過濾，樣本處理可達數公升，過濾後的樣本可直接以無菌的收集瓶保存。

•嚴格依照業界要求選材，濾杯與儲液瓶由高分子材料聚苯乙烯製成，確保了瓶身俱有良好的透明度，符合USP Class-6標準。
• 選用進口膜材，細菌截留能力強，除菌過濾效率：LRV>7(ATCC 19146缺陷短波單胞菌，ASTM細菌挑戰實驗)。多種薄膜材質、多種規格（250 mL、500 mL、1000 mL），方便客戶依不同需求選取。
• 過濾杯具有高流速，高通量等特性，縮短了過濾時間，大大提高了客戶過濾效率。
• 濾嘴與刻度呈90度方向，方便客戶過濾時讀取液位資料；下彎的濾嘴轉接頭適配三種管徑軟管。
• 嚴格的品質偵測，確保濾杯、薄膜、濾嘴、儲液瓶與濾網的連接具有較好的強度與密閉性。
•產品均為無菌包裝，嚴格依照ISO 13485、ISO 11137品質標準進行輻照滅菌，無菌保障水準SAL=10-6，無DNA酶和RNA酶，無內毒素，每個產品都經過完整性測試並進行除菌過濾抽檢驗證保證產品達到除菌要求。

1.不能使用不耐受負壓的塑膠瓶,玻璃瓶,燒瓶或非專用於過濾的容器連接此上杯
2.不適用大於2L的培養瓶
3、工作溫度:4-37°C
4.使用壓力:0.03-0.06Mpa,如有泡沫產生,請適當減壓*50mL真空過濾器接收瓶適配耐思50mL離心管
5.手動擰緊上杯和瓶口,但不要過緊
6、必須隨時使用個人防護裝備,當使用真空設備時,必須配戴護目鏡
7.僅限實驗室無菌操作台上作業

Introduction
Vacuum bottle top filter systems are an inexpensive and easy way to sterilize and clarify water based biological media. They feature a PES membrane which offers high flow rates with low protein adsorption. They are ideal for general filtration use where high chemical resistance is not a concern. Warning
• Do not use plastic bottles, glass bottles, flasks or containers that are not designed for filtration and cannot withstand negative pressure to connect to the upper cup .
• Not suitable for culture flasks larger than 2L.
• Working temperature: 4-37°C.
• Working pressure: 0.03-0.06Mpa, if there is foam, please reduce pressure appropriately.
• Tighten the upper cup and bottle mouth by hand, but do not over tighten.
• Personal protective equipment must be used at all times, and goggles must be worn when using vacuum equipment.
• Work on the aseptic operating table.
• It is not recommended to recycle any hazardous substances, hazardous substances, wastes or biochemically hazardous materials.
• PES, PVDF, and CA membranes are not compatible with acetonitrile (ACN).
